Zero Zone praxis for Individuals and Executives

Flexible focusing enables to concentrate on doing instead of evaluating
This training introduces Zero Zone Praxis (ZZ), especially encouraging one to reflect on one’s mind regularly, creating awareness about time and flexible focusing with focus guiding, creating a skill of detachment, explaining the essence of flow and how to use it and introducing different levels of consciousness for excellent daily performance. The ZZ Praxis has perceptual exercises and techniques with the lecture format to create an expanding intellectual understanding of the essence of the praxis. The best result will be achieved with repetitive training and daily application. 

     The First Stage: The Stairs

External, psychophysical

In this introductory level, a shared space will be created.

In team: The exercises provide an embodied understanding via psychophysical insight: what are the tools for improving self-confidence and connection with a partner, How this works and how to create a partnership.

Individually: How to create a shared space by determining one’s primary goal

The Second Stage: The Entrance

Introverted Kinaesthetic awareness in use.

The techniques at this level are turning external focus (from physical doing) inward, tuning one to be more intimate, balanced and thereby more precise, present and aware of the inner processes for differentiation and sharpening perception.

 The Third Stage: Zero Zone Dynamics           

    The intellectual knowledge is given in lecture-discussion mode.

While the first two levels are carried by curiosity and gradually progressing awareness, supported by personal insights private to every participant, the third level frames everything together: the reasons, the destination, the path and the result. 

The sessions are developed to contribute to personality training and performing quality in terms of a better understanding of using perceptual skills. The results can be applied as a preventive tool for alleviating anxiety while maintaining personal and team balance. The praxis enhances individual and team skills in focusing and communication by removing several blockages. After monitoring and reflecting on the concrete needs, the scope will be agreed upon.
