I have accumulated practical, academic, psychological and artistic experiences over 40 years in the fields of Performing Art, Production, Leadership and Executive Coaching. I am a motivational leader and organisational problem-solver with advanced supervisory. I have experience stepping into roles and quickly making positive changes to drive project success. Therefore, I’m focused on using training, monitoring and morale-building techniques to maximise team members engagement and performance.

I like to use my knowledge to advance societal developments. Currently, I am conducting my PhD research at the Manchester Metropolitan University for creating a new methodology for performer training on how to handle stage fright.

For me, it feels like there is only a message about goodness, balance and the possibility to reach everything we need.
